We want you to be happy with your purchase! You may return or exchange new, unused items sold by Mia West Active within 30 days of placing your online order.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original product packaging with all tags attached. Items must be unwashed, unworn and not damaged including but not limited to smoke, stains, deodorant residue, scents, odors, or anything deemed to make the items non-resellable. If the items are deemed non-returnable, it is up to the customer’s discretion to arrange shipping if they prefer the item sent back to them.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, all sale items and discounted purchases of 30% or more are FINAL SALE. Hats cannot be returned due to sanitary purposes.

Answer

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item for a refund or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You should always consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. The parcel is the customers responsibility up until Mia West has acknowledged that the package has been received into our warehouse.

Once we've received and approved your return request, we will send instructions on where to send your item back to. (Please note all returns are sent back to Edmonton, Canada)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
