Due to the nature of the sale, all sales will be final and gift cards must be used by March 15th, 2023. Sales cannot be cancelled or adjusted so please make sure you order your correct size.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item for a refund or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You should always consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. The parcel is the customers responsibility up until Mia West has acknowledged that the package has been received into our warehouse.

You can visit the returns section of our website. Once we've received and approved your return request, we will send instructions on where to send your item back to. (Please note all returns are sent back to Edmonton, Canada)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
